1. Scope of Service

Hairfillup provides an online platform where users can purchase hair products. Our products are designed to add volume and thickness to hair, are water-resistant, and free of harmful chemicals.


2. Use of the Website

Age:
To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for securing your user account. Do not share your password or use someone else’s account.

Fair Use:
You agree not to misuse our website or services in ways that could harm us or other users.


3. Purchases and Payment

Orders:
By placing an order on our website, you enter into a binding purchase agreement.

Payment:
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK), and payments are processed through secure payment methods.

Product Information:
While we strive to provide accurate information about our products, we cannot guarantee that all details are free of errors.

Subscription Terms

We use Appstle Subscriptions to manage all recurring orders. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  • Your subscription can be canceled at any time after your second billing period.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next package has been shipped.

  • If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation applies only to future orders. Any order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded under the subscription terms.

  • Billing & Payments

    • Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
    • If a payment fails, we will retry the charge.

    Shipping

    • Orders are shipped according to your subscription interval.

    • Delivery times are the same as for one-time purchases.

    Changes to Subscription

    • You can update your shipping address, payment method, or product selection inside your customer portal before your next billing date.

    • Any changes made after the order has been processed will apply to future shipments.

    • Cancellation of the subscription is made by the customer through the Appstle Subscription email that you get after you started the subscription. 

       

      Refunds & Returns

      • Subscription orders follow the same refund and return policies as one-time purchases.

      • Refunds are not possible for orders that have already been shipped. The products need to be returned to get refunded. 

      Communication

      • We will notify you by email 1 day before each renewal so you know when the next payment will be processed.

       

       

     


4. Changes and Availability

Service Changes:
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

Availability:
Our website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We strive to minimize disruptions.

At Hairfillup, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. If you encounter an issue with a product purchased from us, you may file a complaint under the following conditions.

1. Complaint Rights
Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint within three years of the purchase date. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, typically within two months.

2. Internal Processing Time
To expedite processing, we recommend submitting complaints as soon as possible, ideally within a week of discovering the issue.

3. How to File a Complaint

Attach images clearly showing the defect or problem with the product.
Our team will review your complaint and provide further instructions.

4. Resolution for Approved Complaints
If your complaint is approved, we offer the following:

  • Product Replacement: A new, defect-free product will be sent to you at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase amount.

5. Shipping Costs
For approved complaints, we cover any shipping costs related to returning the defective product and sending a replacement.

6. Limitations
The right to complain does not apply to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Complaints for products that have been tampered with or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Important Information Before You Purchase

The product we sell is a hair concealer. Please note that it does not create new hair. The product adheres to the scalp, creating the illusion of fuller hair and concealing thinning areas. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances. If there is significant hair loss, the result may not appear natural.


Customs and VAT

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and VAT that may apply when importing goods. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are charged directly by the relevant customs authority in the destination country.

Hairfillup is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
